AOK Property Maintenance, Novice HL, 2012-2013 (Huntsville Minor Hockey)

The team enjoyed this past weekend participating in the Otter Fest. Team AOK found themselves playing a full schedule on Sunday at the Baysville Arena. The 9am game found the team playing against the Bracebridge Canadiens. The team was determined to make a statement. Very excited and focused the team played hard and came away with a 7-1 victory. With only a 2 hour turn-around the boys found game 2 challenging there rival team the Bracebridge Leafs. Again pure focus and determination brought the team results...

A rare Tuesday evening game found team AOK hosting a game against Robinson's Independant on the Don Lough.  Team AOK was super pumped and ready for action.  Focused and determined the team was hard on the puck throughout the entire game. The team came away with a 4-0 victory. Rocking the pipes and getting another shut-out, kudos to Owen Humeniuk. Hats off to Nolan Turner with an amazing hat-trick including two short handed goals. The team heads into the Otters Tournament in Baysville this weekend ready to prove themselves against there rival Bracebridge teams. GO AOK GO !!!!!!!

Saturday's game found team AOK facing off against there rival team Bracebridge Leafs. Team AOK was focused, ready and determined to redeem themselves after losing to the Leafs at the Bracebridge Jamboree Tournament. Unfortunately the Bracebridge team arrived shorthanded with only five team members present. Team AOK played hard and found the net multiple times to the tiring Leafs and came away with a 7-1 victory. An early and very snowy Saturday morning game found team AOK guests to Little Caesars. The team found themselves down by two goals early in the first before finding the net. The team finally found there groove and worked hard to keep Little Caesars at bay. A nail biter....team AOK found themselves again in a tight match with a 4-3 score late in the third. The deal breaker tapped in by Nolan Turner sealed the deal with 0.1 seconds left in the period. Heading down the highway, team AOK were guests to the Bracebridge Senators last weekend.  The team found themselves down by two in the first.  Coming back to tie up the game and then finding the net in the second they headed into the third period up by one. The Team turned on the turbos sinking in an additional three goals for a 6-2 victory.  Kudos to team AOK and a shout out to Byron Wilde for a hat trick.
