All reservations must be received by the hotel prior to November 7th or the group rate may not be applicable. A credit card guarantee is required for all room reservations. Cancellations must be provided 7 days prior to arrival date. If your group is contracted for a 2 (or more) night stay, and decides to leave prior to the departure date, an Early Departure Fee of $50.00 plus taxes will be applied to each room on check-out.
