JERSEYS & EQUIPMENT RETURN MARCH 31/APRIL 1
Please remember all HMHA Jerseys (including garment bags), Trainer Bags and Equipment (i.e. pucks/pails, pylons, pinnies, goalie equipment) must all be returned between 7:00pm and 8:00pm to the Canada Summit Centre on Wednesday, March 31st or Thursday, April 1st.
You just need to drive up to the main entrance of the Summit Centre and we will meet you outside to collect all jerseys and equipment.
**VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE MAKE SURE THE JERSEY HAS BEEN WASHED AND IS DRY WHEN YOU RETURN IT AS WE WILL BE STORING THE JERSEYS DIRECTLY IN THE EQUIPMENT ROOM
Families - we are hopeful that jerseys will be returned by team. However, if no one collected jerseys on your team, we still need you to return your player's jersey during one of the noted times.
Coaches/Trainers/Managers - if you have garment bags, Trainer bags or any HMHA Equipment, please arrange for it to be dropped off to us during one of the noted times.
We really need everyone's cooperation with this so that we can have jerseys and equipment ready for the new executive to start planning for the upcoming season (which will be here before you know it!)
Please remember that any jersey not returned will incur a replacement fee and any applicable refunds/credits will not be processed for anyone with an outstanding jersey/replacement fee.
PLEASE NOTE:
-U7 Division keeps their Timbits jerseys as Tim Horton's sponsors these
-U11 Division keeps their McDonald's jerseys as McDonald's sponsors these (there were 2 U11 teams that received white jerseys this season due to colour conflicts - these jerseys will be returned to HMHA and we have the McDonald's jerseys for the players on these teams-they will distributed through U11 Convenor)
