ON-ICE TRAINING SESSIONS FOR COACHES

HMHA has booked ice time to provide training sessions to coaches for planning a safe return to play. The SESSIONS are STRONGLY recommended as they will answer many of your questions and provide tools for a safe season.  There will be a limited opportunities to schedule training this year due to COVID-19.  You may sign-up for one or both sessions as they will be different. The sessions are on Wednesday Sept 23 and Thursday Sept 24 2020 at 7:00-8:30.

Overview:
Prepare and Prevent:  An overview of the safety guidelines for players and coaches
Situational Awareness: Application of Return to Play on ice set up for practices – starting with stationary skill development then progressing to movement skill development – while respecting social distancing.
