Huntsville Minor Hockey Playoff Action

The next couple of weeks will bring lots of playoff action for Huntsville Minor Hockey Association teams. There will be games both at the Canada Summit Centre and on the road for our HMHA teams. Please follow the Playoffs Alert tab at the top of the homepage for all updated scores and schedules.
 


HMHA is proud to report that we have two teams who have advanced to the Semi Final round of the OMHA Playdowns - Northern Upfitters Bantam Reps and Armstrong Dodge Midget AEs. In all of MPS, there are 4 teams representing our league in the Semi Finals, with two of those teams coming from Huntsville - best of luck to the South Muskoka PeeWee AEs and the Parry Sound PeeWee B teams as well.

The Bantam Reps begin this weekend with two games on the road in Napanee on February 29 and March 1. Games 3 and 4 are scheduled for March 6 and 7 at home on the Don Lough ice, with Game 5 scheduled on the road back in Napanee on March 8.

The Midget AEs will play Game 1 at 6:40 at the Jack Bionda Arena on February 29 and travel to Listowel for Game 2 on March 1. Games 3 and 5 are scheduled for March 6 and 8 at the Jack Bionda Arena, with Game 4 on the road in Listowel on March 7.

Huntsville will be hosting both the Bantam A and B Local League Playoff Championships at the Canada Summit Centre on Saturday, March 7 and Sunday March 8. One Midget LL Playoff game will be held at the Canada Summit Centre on Friday, March 6.

All of our Local League Atoms, PeeWees and Midgets will be competing in their respective Playoff Championships the weekend of March 6-8, with each MPS Association hosting a different tournament.

There is information regarding the Bantam A and B League Championships that are hosted in Huntsville listed under the Tournament section on our website. Closer to the championship weekend, there will be schedules and scores posted under our Playoffs Alert tab on our HMHA homepage as well as on the MPSHL website.

It's the best time of the year! Best of luck to all our Otters competing in their respective playoff series and championship tournaments! Come on out to the Canada Summit Centre and cheer on our Otters or follow your favourite Otter team on the road and bring them some hometown support.
