Both Midget Teams in OMHA Finals

The MBRP Major Midgets and the Armstrong Dodge Midget AE teams have both advanced to the OMHA Finals. Both teams begin their respective series at home this weekend.

Saturday, March 16:
9:00PM Don Lough Arena - Major Midget Otters vs Mount Brydges Cougars - Game 1

Sunday, March 17:
4:00PM Don Lough Arena - Major Midget Otters vs Mount Brydges Cougars - Game 2
5:30PM Don Lough Arena - Midget AE Otters vs Pelham Panthers - Game 1

Plan to make your way to the Don Lough Arena this Saturday and Sunday to cheer on these determined athletes - the match ups for these finals' series will prove to be exciting. Come make some noise for these boys and show them how much of a hockey town Huntsville is.

Both of these midget teams had strong regular seasons and have put forth a very strong showing so far in the Playdowns. Both the Major Midgets and Midget AEs brought home their respective Regional MPS Championship trophies this season and have been undefeated in each series of their OMHA Playdown run leading up to this final series for both. The last time a Huntsville Major Midget Team brought home the OMHA Championship was in 2007 and the last time a Huntsville Midget AE Team brought home the OMHA Championship was in 2011. Bring your support for these teams as they strive to bring home the Red Hats this season.
