Playdown Summary to date:

-Atom Rep went to a rare 6 games with the South Muskoka Bears to finish the best of 5 preliminary round - this series was full of one goal games, overtime and a tied finish. Unfortunately, in such a tight race there can be only one winner, and game 6 was decided by a 1-0 finish in favour of the Bears

The Coyotes got the jump on the Otters out of the gate in the first two games, but Huntsville dug deep and figured out how to compete with them, sending game 3 to overtime and coming away with the win. Game 4 proved to be another tight race tied up until late in the game, but unfortunately the game ended with a win for Elmvale to finish the series
-PeeWee Rep met the South Muskoka Bears in their best of 5 preliminary round. The series went only 3 games with the Otters posting healthy scores against the Bears in all three games, allowing only 2 goals against in the series
-Bantam Rep met the South Muskoka Bears in their best of 5 preliminary round. The Bears came to play, but the Otters held them to just 3 games and gave up only 2 goals in the series
-Midget AE met the South Muskoka Bears in their best of 5 preliminary round. The Bears got the jump on the Otters in Game 1, but the Otters battled back in Game 2 to decrease the score differential. Game 3 was a tough back and forth battle but unfortunately saw the Bears finish the series with their third win
-Major Midget faced off against the South Muskoka Bears in their best of 5 preliminary series. The Bears had proved to be a challenging opponent for the Otters all season, but our Otters came to play and kept the series to 3 exciting 1 goal finishes to advance to the next round
