Annual General Meeting

The Huntsville Minor Hockey Association will hold its Annual General Meeting on Monday April 14th, 7:00pm in the Active Living Centre.The AGM is an opportunity to find an answer to your questions, or make any suggestions about your hockeyassociation. If you attend the AGM you could win a free hockey registration for the 2014/15 season. Each family will receive1 ballot per child registered.The draw will be made at the meeting and the winner must be present to win. Come out and support the HMHA!

Better yet.....Come out and GET INVOLVED!!

All Executive positions are up for election this year and are as follows:

  • President (1 or more years of experience on the HMHA Board is required)
  • 1st Vice/Ice Convener (must have served on board for 1 of previous 2 years)
  • 2nd Vice/OMHA Rep
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Registrar
  • Referee Convener (should hold a current referee card)
  • Equipment Convener
  • Sponsorship/Fundraising Convener
  • Development Convener
  • House League Convener
  • Minor Officials Convener
  • Tournament Convener
