Great news HMHA! Even though we are still in the current 2025-26 season, we are working away preparing an even greater 2026-27 for all our players! This of course begins with spring prep skates and evaluations for our Representative and Minor Development teams. See below for dates pertaining to each division.Current dates

Prep Skates
Prep skates are open to players rostered with HMHA for the 2025/26 season who are no longer engaged in meaningful hockey with an HMHA team (such as tournaments or playoffs), and who have registered and paid for evaluations. Players who are still in their current season are unable to attend until their season is complete.
Prep skates are NOT mandatory, but are encouraged.

Evaluations
Evaluations (tryouts) will take place between the dates listed below for each division as per the OHF/OMHA Required dates. There will be 3 evaluations for single entry and first entry teams and a 4th date for a second entry team (B2) in the event that we have a second entry team. Exact dates to be published in March.
All players wishing to make a team MUST attend at least ONE Evaluation. Players can attend evaluations at other associations at the same time. Players can be signed to the team after one evaluation at the discretion of the Coach and if signed must immediately stop attending evaluations at other associations.
