Complete a Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC)
Huntsville Minor Hockey Association (HMHA) and Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA) requires ALL Rostered Volunteers to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) with the OPP. For more information regarding VSCs please review the OMHA Criminal Record Check Policy.pdf
If you are 'new' to volunteering with hockey please follow and complete all the steps below:
A: Complete the required Vulnerable Sector Letter. This letter will be attached during the record check.

ii. Fill your information in the letter
iii. Save locally as PDF/JPEG to your computer
B: Applying for a Record Check. Please review OPP steps prior to applying for record check
i. 👉 Electronic Identity Verification (EIV).
ii. Scroll to bottom of the website page to "Apply for a Record Check"
C: Email completed VSC (not the confirmation email) and state Division & Role to [email protected]
