PeeWee Otters Bring Home the Hardware From Bobby Orr Classic
It was another dominating performance for the Huntsville Honda Pee Wee rep Otters over the weekend at the Bobby Orr Classic in Parry Sound.  The Huntsville squad went undefeated in five games and captured their third tournament trophy of the season.

In round robin action, the Otters talented offense dazzled the crowd with 15 goals in three games while the shut-down defenders and smothering netminders teamed up to allow only  4 goals against during the first day of competition.  This set the stage for a semi-final match up against the Waterford Wildcats.

Right from the first puck drop, the Otters took complete command of the game, sending a message that they weren’t about to quit until they steamrolled their way to the finals.  The Wildcats fought hard, but in the end, the scoreboard tilted heavily in the Otters favour with a final score of 7-2.

With the tournament championship in their sights, the Otters focused on their next opponent, the West Ferris Trappers.  The Huntsville team knew the Trappers would be looking for redemption after an earlier loss in round robin play, but the Otters were intent on claiming top prize.

In the final game, the Otters got on the board midway through the first with a blistering shot from the point and followed with two more tallies late in the second to go up 3-0 heading into the final frame.  From there, the Otters were unstoppable, adding three more goals before the final buzzer earning them an impressive 6-1 victory and title of tournament champs.

Way to go Otters!
