Aylmer Tournament Hotel Arrangements
Please find following the hotel arrangements for the Aylmer Tournament March 14-16, 2014.
We have made arrangements in any event that if we are still in OMHA playoffs we can cancel hotel reservations 48 hours prior to expected arrival. Tournament fees will also be refunded should we need to withdraw from this one for OMHA playoffs.

Room Types: All accommodations are suites with kitchen facilities. There are 8 King Suites with pullout couches $110.00/night. 8 King Bedroom Suite with pullout couches $115.00 and 2 -2 Queen Bedroom Suites with pullout couches $125.00/night. ALL include hot buffet breakfast and there is a pool at this location. No hospitality suite but we can use the dining facility until 10pm nightly. There is a "no party policy" at this hotel. All rooms are first come first serve as to getting the type you want. From what I can gather they are fairly spacious.
This hotel is approximately 35 mins from the rink.

If we do go forward in OMHA you will be responsible for cancelling the reservation to avoid a cancellation fee of One Night plus tax. This must be done 48 hours prior to arrival.
Anyone wishing to stay closer can still book at Comfort Inn, St Thomas. We have cancelled our contract there as they could not honour our request to waive their two week in advance cancellation policy. It would have resulted in a $50.00 admin charge to everyone if we are still in OMHA playoffs, as reservations had to be in by February 14th. 519-433-4082
