Atom AE Otters Now 7-0
The Huntsville Atom AE Otters traveled to Port Carling for a game Wed Oct 17th and chalked up another W in the win column. The Port Carling squad put up a great fight in the first period with their captain , Jamie Boyd , showing some tremendous skill . First period ended in a 3-3 tie.
After some suggestions from Coach Farnsworth between periods, the Otters were leading 9-5 after the second. As has been the case so far this year , the boys turned it up a notch in the third period and scored 14 goals for the victory. Scoring for the Otters were Taylor Cottrill with 6 , Cole Patey with 5 , Jack Lockwood with 4 , a hat trick from Cooper Haynes , 2 from Brayden Holman with singles going to Nathan Markle, Wes Farnsworth and D-man Tysen Robb. Goalie Cole Frasier gets the win.
Next action for the Otters will be this Sunday afternoon in Midland.
