If you provided namebars the cost is $4.50
If you required namebars the cost is $22.60
If you could please pay for the socks ($30) plus the namebar cost before October 1st it would be greatly appreciated.
Rep fees of $200 are due in 2 $100 installments, first due October 31st, last due Jan 15th.
