Houseleague Evaluations & Schedules
We had a very successful start to the Houseleague season on Sept. 17th. Evaluations will continue on Sat., Sept. 24th -- same schedule as the 17th.
The week of Sept. 26th the regular houseleague season will start. Schedule is as follows:Initiation - Fri at 5:30 & Sun at 1:00 pmNovice HL - Tue 5 & 6 pm & Sat 8:30 & 9:30 amAtom HL - Wed 5 & 6 pm & Sat 10:30 am & 1:30 pmPee Wee HL - Wed 5:30 & 6:30 pm & Sat 8:00 & 9:00 amBantam HL - Wed 7 pm & Sat 10 amSenior HL - Tue & Wed 7:30 pm & Sun 8 pmAll players will be divided into teams once evaluations are completed. The coaches will contact all the players once final teams are set.
Volunteers are still needed to help with the 2011 - 12 season.
Convenors are required for all divisions Novice to Senior.
Convenors will have the following duties:
--distribute fundraising tickets to team reps. and collect monies and ticket stubs from team reps. and return to Fundraising Chair
--work with Houseleague Director to organize Fun Day in January for your division and organize food for year end playdowns
--update info. on the HMHA website for your division ie. -- scores, news, etc. Training will be provided.
Team representatives are required for every team in all divisions.
The team reps. work with the convenor of your division to distribute and collect fundraising tickets and assist with organizing the Fun Day and food distribution for the year end playdown.
The team rep. will also ensure information flows to the parents of your team.
Team reps. must ensure scores of all games are sent to the convenor of your division so the info. can get onto the website.
