AGM March 27 - Active Living Centre 7:00PM
Submitted By Kelly Farnsworth on Tuesday, March 12, 2019
Huntsville Minor Hockey Association's Annual General Meeting is Scheduled for Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at the Active Living Centre (downstairs).

Plan to attend so that you can be informed, ask questions, vote for next season's Executive, or better yet, let your name stand for nomination for one of the Board Positions - all positions are open for nomination.

Without numerous volunteers, HMHA would not be able to offer programs. The base of these programs all begin with the HMHA Executive Board.

Nominations come from the floor - both the nominator and the person being nominated must be in attendance at the AGM. Voting for each position that has more than one nomination takes place during the meeting - one vote per player registered with HMHA in this past season.

The main prerequisites for filling an executive position is to be a team player/able to work well with others, be committed to support of the membership as a whole (not with a personal agenda), be willing to put the effort forth required to fulfill the commitment made - some positions require some specific knowledge/background, but many can be "learned as you go".
