All Star Day Coming to Huntsville
Submitted By Dianna Clark on Sunday, December 15, 2013
Huntsville is set to host the Muskoka/Parry Sound All Star Day on Sunday December 22.  Each year representatives from each MPS team get together to play a friendly game.  MPS East consisting of South Muskoka, North Muskoka, Port Carling and Parry Sound, will face off against MPS West, consisting of Highland Storm, Almaguin and your hometown Huntsville Otters.

The All Star Day has set up the Bob Beaumont Bursary.  This bursary helps selected Muskoka / Parry Sound players with fees for post secondary education.  Each spring players can apply to receive this bursary and last year we had 4 outstanding recipients.  The All Star Day is a fun day to watch some great hockey, but it is also a great way for the Muskoka Parry Sound Executive to give back to our players

Admission is free with a non perishable food donation.  Come on Huntsville, lets get out there and support our Huntsville Otters, as well as all of our Muskoka Parry Sound players!

Here is the schedule:

11:00am Novice
12:00 Opening Ceremonies with Novice and Atoms on Ice
12:30 Atom
1:30 PeeWee
2:45 Bantams
4:15 Bursary Ceremony
4:30 Midgets
